What kind of silver is your jewellery made with?
Little Love Prints fingerprint charms and pendants are all handmade using 100% Recycled Pure Silver all stamped with the 999 quality mark. All the chains, clasps, key rings and other findings are made using the highest quality Sterling Silver 925.
How does my child's fingerprint end up on the jewellery?
Once we receive your order a Fingerprint Impression Kit is sent to you by first class mail within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours at weekends. The kit contains simple instructions and a skin safe non toxic moulding putty which picks up all the fine lines and details of the fingerprint; it's easy to do and only takes a couple of minutes. All you have to do is mail the mould back to us in the prepaid envelope provided (for UK and Cyprus orders only). For more information read our Taking Prints page.
Will my jewellery be gift wrapped?
A treasured experience awaits! Your finished piece of jewellery will be delivered to your door boxed, beautiful and embellished with a ribbon and charm, perfect for you or ready for gift giving.
How long does the jewellery making process take?
Each piece of jewellery is bespoke and individually handmade using a mixture of traditional and modern metalsmithing techniques; our craft takes time and cannot be rushed.
Fingerprint Jewellery takes between 7 to 14 days from the day the mould is received back at our studio for us to complete.
Personalised Jewellery and Silver Adornments are completed and ready to be shipped within 3-5 days.
Little Love Art and Dinky Digits Tiny Toes products take between 14 to 21 days.

I adore my Little Love Print and would like to order another piece of jewellery to send as a gift; do I have to retake the fingerprint? No, the impression moulds are safely stored away for 12 months so you can order more items without retaking another fingerprint impression.
I have left it too late to order a Birthday present, what do you suggest?
You can purchase Gift Certificates in any denomination to be redeemed for any of our products. These can be sent instantly via email to the recipient.
I can't find exacty what I'm looking for, can you design a piece of jewellery using my own ideas?
Yes, we love to receive custom orders, simply contact us with your ideas and we will be happy to give you a quote.
